We are not the council. Neath Port Talbot Council and Swansea Council run the household collections that come with your council tax, and nothing we do replaces them. Private wheelie bin collection is a paid service for households that need more than the council round provides: an extra bin, a different day, or a one-off empty when a collection has been missed.
We supply the bin, empty it on the round you choose and take the contents away as a registered waste carrier with Natural Resources Wales. Everything is confirmed as an inc-VAT price before the first visit, and there is no contract to sign; rounds simply continue until you ask us to stop.
Large households and houses in multiple occupation are the most common callers: several adults sharing one bin fills it long before collection day. Holiday lets and short-stay properties along the coast need bins emptied between guests rather than on a fixed fortnight, and landlords managing several properties like one invoice covering them all.
