Confidential shredding and confidential waste disposal for businesses across Neath, Port Talbot and Swansea: archive boxes, HR files and finance records collected sealed and destroyed securely, with the paper going on for recycling afterwards.

Destroyed paper is baled and recycled, so confidentiality and recycling are the same trip.
Boxes and sacks stay sealed from your office to destruction.
One drawer or a whole archive room; collections are quoted to volume.
Shredded paper is baled for recycling rather than landfill.
Personnel files, payroll, client records, medical notes, signed contracts and old invoices all carry personal data long after they stop being useful, and they cannot go in a recycling bin. We collect confidential waste from offices, surgeries, solicitors, accountants, schools and shops across Neath, Port Talbot and Swansea, sealed in boxes or sacks at your desk and documented before they leave the building.
The paperwork is destroyed in line with BS EN 15713:2023, the code of practice for the secure destruction of confidential material, and the shredded paper is then baled for recycling. Confidentiality and recycling are the same trip.
Every job is issued with a certificate of destruction and a waste transfer note. Between them they record what was collected, when, by whom, and that it was destroyed; keep them with your data protection records. Shredded paper remains controlled waste, so the transfer note matters as much as the certificate.
The UK GDPR requires organisations to keep personal data secure, to dispose of it properly when it is no longer needed, and to be able to demonstrate that they did. A certificated, documented destruction supports your UK GDPR accountability. It does not make an organisation compliant on its own, and we will never tell you that it does.
A one-off collection suits an office move, an archive room being cleared, or the annual purge of records past their retention date. Regular monthly or quarterly rounds suit practices and offices with steady paperwork, and can run alongside a cardboard or general waste round from the same van.
Pricing is by volume, confirmed inc VAT before the collection. Tell the office roughly how many archive boxes or sacks there are; if you are not sure, a photo of the pile is enough to quote from.

“A fair price agreed on the phone and that is exactly what I paid, with no surprises. Polite, quick and nothing left behind. I would use them again without hesitation.”
For anything else, our office is glad to help, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday mornings, on 01639 630282.
Confidential paperwork, securely destroyed.
Count the boxes, send the enquiry, and the sealed collection is booked.
