A strip-out takes a shop, office or let back to the point where the next fit-out can begin, or to the condition the lease says it must be handed back in. Everything non-structural comes out, room by room, in the order that keeps your other trades moving.
Waste is segregated as it comes down rather than piled and sorted later: metals for recovery, timber on its own, plasterboard on its own run, and mixed fit-out debris in the general load. The programme, crew size and vehicle count are set at the walkover and written into the quote.
Office clearance is the most common strip-out we are asked for across Neath, Port Talbot and Swansea: a lease ending, a move to smaller premises, or a refit that needs the floor empty by Monday. Desks, chairs, pedestals, storage and meeting furniture are carried out from wherever they sit, including upper floors with no lift.
Furniture in sound condition is set aside for reuse where condition allows. Everything else is broken down on the day so metals, wood and mixed materials travel to the right facility, and a waste transfer note is issued for your compliance file.
When a commercial tenant leaves, what stays behind is rarely tidy: part-stripped fixtures, abandoned stock, old signage and bags of rubbish. We clear the unit to the standard the lease or the incoming tenant requires, strip fixtures where the landlord wants a clean shell, and leave the floor swept.
Agents book directly, with keys collected and returned through the office and a call before and after each visit. The quote is confirmed inc VAT beforehand, so the cost can be passed on or deducted without surprises.
