We clear self storage units, shipping containers, lock-ups and garages across Neath, Port Talbot and Swansea in one visit, working to the site's access hours and sign-in rules.
The crew sorts as the unit empties, so reusable pieces, recyclables and waste each travel the right way, and the floor is swept before the door comes down. Most units are priced from a single photo taken with the door up.
Storage operators and commercial landlords call us when a unit has been abandoned and the contents have to go before it can be re-let. We attend on the date you set, clear and sweep the unit, and provide the waste transfer note for your file. Anything that looks personal, documentary or valuable is set aside and reported to you rather than assumed to be rubbish.
Several units on one site can be cleared in a single visit, quoted together so the price reflects the whole job rather than each door.
You do not need to attend. Arranged access through the site office, a key left with the operator, or a gate code passed to our office all work, with a call before the crew starts and a photo of the empty unit afterwards. If there are pieces you want kept, tell the office and they are set aside by the door or delivered on.
Units are priced by load volume on the same ladder as every other collection, from £50 for a 2 yard load up to a 14 yard load for a unit packed to the roof, with every price including VAT. If the load comes in smaller on the day, you pay the smaller figure. The full ladder is on the pricing page, and a photo of the unit is usually enough to quote from.
