Commercial cardboard recycling and collection for shops, warehouses and offices across Neath, Port Talbot and Swansea: flattened boxes and packaging card collected on regular rounds or one-off clears and sent for reprocessing. This is a business collection service, not a recycling bank.

Every delivery arrives in a box, and by Friday the back room is full of them. We collect flattened card from shops, offices, warehouses, takeaways and trades across Neath, Port Talbot and Swansea on weekly, fortnightly or monthly rounds, with one-off collections after a big delivery, a stock move or a refit.
Rounds are timed around trading hours so the card is gone before the shop opens or the loading bay gets busy. The price is quoted to the volume and the frequency, and confirmed inc VAT before the first collection.
A dedicated wheelie bin or a mesh cage keeps card clean, dry and out of the general waste; either can be included in the round quote. Sites that already bale their card can have the bales collected on the same round.
Collected card is baled and sent for reprocessing into new packaging and board rather than landfilled. Wet or food-soiled card cannot be recycled, so keep it with the general waste and the clean stream keeps its value.
Under the Workplace Recycling Regulations, in force since 6 April 2024, every business, charity and public body in Wales must present paper and card separately from general waste, and separated recyclables cannot lawfully be sent to landfill or incineration. Natural Resources Wales enforces the rules.
A cardboard collection is the simplest way to meet that duty. Each collection comes with a waste transfer note for your records, which the duty of care requires you to keep for two years, and the card travels on its own rather than in a mixed load.
