Rubble and building waste removal across Neath, Port Talbot and Swansea: stone, rubble, tile and plaster from DIY jobs and small builds, collected in part loads or whole vans. Heavy waste is priced honestly by volume with density in mind.

Rubble is priced on the same volume ladder as every collection, from £50 for a 2 yard load, but weight decides the honest tier. A 2 yard load of brick and concrete weighs far more than 2 yards of bagged rubbish, so the crew advises the right load size before booking rather than surprising you afterwards. The office places the job on the ladder from your description and photos.
Tell the office what the material is, whether it is bagged or loose, and roughly how many sacks or barrows there are. Photos help. If the load comes in smaller than booked, you pay the smaller price, and there are no hidden extras for lifting or sweeping up.
A skip is the right tool when a project produces rubble over several weeks and there is a driveway to put it on. On the public road it needs a council permit, currently £59 for 28 days from Neath Port Talbot Council and £58 from Swansea Council, and the hire company applies for it. Skip bags are not the answer for rubble at all: ours exclude hardcore and soil, so they are not the tool for this job.
A collection suits the job that is already finished, or a running project where you would rather book a visit at each stage. The crew loads sacks, tonne bags or loose piles directly, sweeps the area and takes the material for crushing and reuse. For DIY waste that includes an old kitchen, plasterboard or a fridge as well as rubble, a collection sorts each stream correctly where a skip would refuse some of it.
Residents of Neath Port Talbot can take building rubble and soil to the Briton Ferry recycling centre on Briton Ferry Industrial Estate, SA11 2HZ, which is open from 8.30am to 5pm seven days a week. A slot must be booked before every visit, rubble and soil are chargeable by weight on the weighbridge, currently £24.68 per tonne, and vans, pick-ups and double-axle trailers need a permit that is limited to twelve a year. Tipper and flatbed vans are not allowed on site, and trade waste is not accepted.
For a couple of bags in the boot of a car, the recycling centre is sensible. For a bathroom or patio's worth, the arithmetic changes: several booked trips, a permit used each time and a car that was never built for hardcore. A collection takes the whole lot in one visit, priced by volume, and we aim to collect within 48 hours of booking. Trade customers, who cannot use the council site, receive a waste transfer note as standard from a registered waste carrier with Natural Resources Wales.
